| All payments must be made by credit card. We accept VISA MASTERCARD BANKCARD Our payment system is hosted on a secure network by Direct Payment Solutions. Information is not stored for any marketing and we are bound by the terms and conditions to manage all information that is provided to us. |
| How do I book an activity for more than one person? |
| After selecting your possible travel dates you allocate how many people you wish to book for. Friendly Travel will book the ticket under the lead passengers name only. |
| What happens if I need to cancel my booking? |
| If you are unable to attend an activity on the confirmed date and time you selected you should immediately contact the activity provider who will do their best to reschedule the activity. Friendly Travel accepts no responsibility for refund or exchange should you be unable to attend a re-scheduled activity. In all cases a administration fee of 20% of the total cost will be deducted from any possible refund. |
| What happens if I need to reschedule my booking? |
| If for any reason you need to change your booking, you will need to speak directly to the activity provider who’s details will be provided to you once payment has been received. |
| What happens if there is bad weather on the scheduled activity date? |
| In the case of unsuitable weather conditions, mechanical failure etc. the activity provider may reschedule the activity date. They will contact you to rearrange a suitable date. It is important that you provide as many accurate contact details as possible so that these arrangements should need to be made. |
| What happens once I have booked my activity? |
| Once you have booked your activity, we will send you an email booking confirmation with contact details and further information about your activity. |
