Wow what an awesome time I had learning to dive. I didn't realize how much fun I was going to have. I was impressed with the facilities, staff and the general layout of the program. I found the heated pool very comfortable and the information easy to absorb in the classroom environment. Both Dave and Jade from ProDive were very clear and knowledgeable with sparkling personalities that shone through in their work. It was also easy to learn from the videos. I enjoyed hearing from Christian about the gear available before we ventured out on the live aboard.

On board I was impressed by how comfortable and clean the boat was. Marie was an excellent cook and it was great to get hot cups of tea and coffee and snacks or meals after every dive. There was plenty of food and nobody could ever say that they would go hungry.

Jason was a very relaxed and informed teacher who us took us through our objectives before each dive and gave us plenty of information so that we could complete the skills successfully. I was eager to do my adventure dive (this cost extra) and had a great time diving down to 30m and seeing a lion fish.

Eri, the Japanese instructor was very helpful when teaching navigation. From what I saw it was very beneficial for the German stravellers to have Matt aboard. Mark, our skipper, got us to each destination and was a friendly face encouraging us to join in the night games. The games at night were great fun and helped the group to get a long and interact.

I had an absolute blast and now I'm a certified diver!
